Jean Cocteau, An Exploration
In partnership with the Hampstead & Highgate Festival, the HLSI proudly present an umissable event, Jean Cocteau-An Exploration. Dr Benjamin Andreo, a leading expert will take us through Cocteau's turbuent life, his complex relationships and his astonishing variety of talents. The programme will include Cocteau's work for Diaghilev and the Ballets Russes, film extracts from some of his most famous films and footage of Cocteau at the Villa Santo Sospir at St Jean Cap Ferrat, where he created beautiful wall decorations in all the rooms.
